Zusammenfassung

Talkiatry offers 100% remote outpatient therapy roles for independently licensed clinicians with multi-state license options and a defined caseload. You will provide evidence-based care within a structured, supportive environment designed to minimize administrative tasks and maximize patient care.

Compensation includes a base with incentives and robust benefits; licensing support is provided and a dedicated clinical leadership team is available for consultation.

Qualifikationen

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Two or more independent state licenses (except CA, NY, MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.
• Comfort in fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environments.
• Experience from outpatient or similar structured clinical settings (highly desired).
• Experience with structured modalities (CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).
• Not designed for supervision toward licensure or 1099/private practice.

Aufgaben

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD).
• 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call duties.
• In-house referral network with psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
