Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for a fully remote outpatient role. We offer predictable W-2 compensation with full benefits and flexible scheduling within an outpatient model designed for virtual care.

You’ll manage a defined outpatient caseload with common conditions, 60-minute sessions, and support from an in-house team for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in good standing (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license; multi-state licensing supported.
• Two or more active state licenses (excluding CA/NY/MA).
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication; independent decision-making.
• Experience with structured modalities (CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote, outpatient therapy with 60-minute sessions.
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clear goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call duties.
• Collaborate with in-house referral network to psychiatrists.
• Coordinate scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing, and licensing support.
