Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for a fully remote outpatient role. You will provide 100% remote, evidence-based therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, with standard 60-minute sessions and a defined caseload.

The position offers W-2 employment, comprehensive benefits, and in-house operational support (scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing). Licensure flexibility and multi-state options are available.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists with active licenses and multi-state licensing support.
• Unrestricted license with multi-state eligibility where applicable.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses where required.
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and independent decision-making.
• Experience in fast-paced but sustainable outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy practice.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, etc.).
• Standard 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call duties.
• In-house referral network with psychiatrists; full scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing support.
