Job summary

Talkiatry, a virtual mental health practice, is seeking independently licensed therapists to join our remote outpatient team. You will provide 100% remote therapy with structured caseloads and minimal admin, enabling you to focus on patient care.

You’ll have robust benefits, W-2 employment, and flexible scheduling within our outpatient model, plus in-house scheduling, billing, credentialing, and licensing support to let you focus on care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license; multi-state licensing supported where applicable.
• Two or more independent state licenses (except CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• No inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
