Job summary

Talkiatry offers a completely remote outpatient therapy role for independently licensed clinicians. You’ll have flexible scheduling within a structured model and minimal administrative burden, supported by full operational staff.

Compensation starts at $70k with potential incentives up to $20k, tenure-based increases after 2 years, and employer-paid health, dental, vision insurance, plus 401(k) match and generous leave. CME reimbursement and licensing support are included.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist with active license(s) in applicable states.
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload in a remote setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD).
• Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
• Maintain defined, transparent goals and caseload.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and staff; no inpatient or crisis duties.

Education

LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent
