Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice designed to support clinicians with high-quality outpatient care in a fully remote model. This role is for independently licensed therapists seeking predictable W-2 compensation, full benefits, and minimal administrative burden.

You will maintain a flexible outpatient caseload, operate 100% remotely, with structured guidelines, and receive in-house scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing support to focus on patient care

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD).
• Standard 60-minute sessions (intakes and follow-ups).
• Defined, transparent caseload goals and no inpatient/crisis duties.
