Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists to join our fully remote outpatient care team. You will provide evidence-based therapy with minimal administrative burden and a supportive operations network handling scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing, and licensing.

We offer W-2 employment, full benefits, annual tenure increases, and a compensation package starting at $70,000 with incentives up to $20,000. Multi-state licensing support is available to ensure flexible coverage.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license; multi-state licensing support available.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY and MA).

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Standard 60-minute sessions (intakes and follow-ups).
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• No inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities.
• In-house referral network and full operational support.
