Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for a fully remote outpatient role. You will deliver evidence-based therapy with a defined, transparent caseload, supported by a comprehensive administrative team that handles scheduling, billing, and licensing.

The position offers W-2 employment, full benefits, and incentives. Multi-state licensing support and a strong clinical leadership structure ensure professional autonomy and ongoing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license; multi-state licensing support available.
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for remote care.
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload remotely.
• Adherence to evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations with defined goals.
• Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
• Coordinate with in-house scheduling, billing, and licensing support.
• Maintain high-quality, evidence-based care within clinical guidelines.
