Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for a 100% remote outpatient role designed to remove administrative burden and support high-quality care. You will join a structured model with predictable W-2 compensation, full benefits, and incentives.

You’ll manage a consistent outpatient caseload (60-minute sessions) with evidence-based modalities, set schedules within guidelines, and receive in-house scheduling, billing, credentialing, and licensing support to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.
• Experience with structured modalities (CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).
