Job summary

Talkiatry is hiring independently licensed therapists for 100% remote outpatient therapy in a structured outpatient model. You will deliver evidence-based care with a defined caseload, supported by a full operational infrastructure, including scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing and licensing.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative leadership structure designed to reduce administrative burden and enable focused patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available)
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY and MA)
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
• Experience with structured modalities (CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy.
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
• Utilize in-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Receive full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
