Job summary

Talkiatry is a fully remote outpatient mental health practice designed for clinicians. The role offers 100% remote therapy with independent clinical decision-making and an in-house support network, enabling high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists with active, unrestricted licenses (multi-state licensing support available).
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.
• Experience in outpatient settings and sustainable workflow under operational guidelines.
• Not designed for supervision toward licensure; part of Talkiatry team.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD).
• Standard 60-minute sessions (intakes and follow-ups).
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call duties; access to in-house referral network.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
