Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for 100% remote, outpatient therapy roles. You will work with lower to moderate acuity populations, maintain defined goals, and have access to an in-house referral network to psychiatrists.

Full operational support and a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices enable clinicians to focus on patient care. The role offers full-time or part-time W-2 employment with comprehensive benefits, licensing support, and professional development

Qualifications

• Independently licensed with unrestricted license and multi-state licensing support.
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Experience with structured modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
• Role is remote, W-2 employment with full benefits.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy delivery.
• Collaborate with in-house referral network to psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
• Provide evidence-based care while maintaining professional judgment and accountability.
