Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. seeks an experienced Outpatient Coding Auditor for a remote nationwide role. You will conduct quality reviews, coordinate with department managers, and deliver actionable audit findings to improve coding accuracy and compliance.

You will educate staff on documentation improvement, coding clinics, and reimbursement rules while staying current on ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT-4, and HCPCS guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive outpatient coding/reimbursement experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/ICD-10-PCS, CPT-4, HCPCS guidelines.
• Preferred CPMA credential; capable of attaining within 12 months.
• Experience in multi-specialty outpatient clinic audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews and audits of outpatient coding.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure compliance with policies.
• Create clear audit findings and actionable recommendations.
• Educate coders and staff on documentation and coding changes.
