We’re hiring Outbound Customer Experience Specialists to support tuck-in acquisitions by making 100–150 welcome calls per day and introducing customers to their new service partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound call center experience.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Open to starting as a full-time contractor with potential to transition to W2 with benefits.
• Remote work capability with strong self-management.

Responsibilities

• Make 100-150 outbound welcome calls per day to existing customers of newly acquired companies.
• Introduce the new partnership between the customer's current service provider and Redwood's partner companies.
• Collect and update customer information accurately in the system.
• Invite customers to join the VIP text club and explain benefits.
• Handle inbound calls as needed and assist with basic scheduling.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and engaging tone on every call.
• Navigate multiple systems and platforms efficiently while documenting call outcomes.
• Adapt to calling across multiple time zones with schedule flexibility.
