Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I to work remotely. The role focuses on outbound telemarketing to recruit new patients, meeting daily and monthly quotas, and leveraging CRM tools to manage prospects. Training is mandatory and occurs 4 weeks, 8 am–5:30 pm, Mon–Fri.

Ideal candidates have call center sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple systems. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have call center outbound sales experience.
• Base + bonus salary structure.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's proposition.
• Utilize sales skills including rapport building, listening, and closing.
• Schedule initial doctor’s appointments and achieve quotas.
