Job summary

Insideoutva is a remote staffing company based in Los Angeles seeking a driven Sales Representative for 100% inbound sales. You will own the full sales cycle, from qualification to close, with no cold calls and a calendar filled by our Meta campaigns.

You will run scheduled calls via Google Meet, manage pipelines in GoHighLevel, and receive ongoing coaching from the company owner. This is a high-earning role with Commission-based upside.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven closing experience.
• Executive Presence: confident, clear communicator.
• Tech-Savvy: CRM experience (GoHighLevel a strong plus).
• Driven & Organized: self-managed with disciplined follow-up.
• Growth Mindset: coachable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled sales calls over Google Meet using our pitch deck.
• Manage full pipeline in GoHighLevel—from booked meeting to closed deal.
• Follow up with prospects until they convert or close.
• Own your numbers and your process end-to-end.
• Participate in daily trainings and coaching sessions.
