Job summary

Inside Out Hiring is a rapidly growing remote staffing company based in Los Angeles, California, seeking a Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle and close deals. This is 100% inbound sales where you will run real conversations from day one; no cold calling.

You will work remotely nationwide, with base pay of $3,000 per month and OTE ranging from $6,000 to $10,000 USD+. You’ll use GoHighLevel and Google Meet; daily coaching and a proven system help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven closing experience.
• Executive presence and confident communication.
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred).

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled sales calls over Google Meet using our pitch deck.
• Manage your full pipeline in GoHighLevel from booked meeting to closed deal.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until they convert.
• Own your numbers and your process end-to-end.
• Participate in daily trainings and coaching sessions to level up.
