Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in partner go-to-market execution and growth programs.
• Experience in enterprise networking solutions with routing, SD-WAN, SASE, SSE, and cloud networking.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement distributor/velocity/2T go-to-market plans.
• Build relationships with distributor executives and 2T partners.
• Create joint business plans linking portfolio priorities to partner recruitment, activation, enablement, demand generation, and measurable sales outcomes.
• Advance enterprise routing modernization through partner-led campaigns and cross-sell opportunities across SD-WAN, SASE, SSE, and cloud networking.
• Develop repeatable partner journeys from onboarding to first sale and sustained productivity.
