Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a detail-oriented Outbound Call Agent to join our customer contact team. You will review queues, place outbound calls, confirm interest, and schedule appointments while maintaining thorough notes.

This fully remote role requires a 40-hour week from a home office in Oregon, with flexible shift times. You will use Nimble, RingCentral, and Outlook, delivering professional outreach and timely updates to support sales conversations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required, related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with outbound outreach, prospect conversations, or appointment coordination preferred.
• Ability to use Nimble to review contact history and enter clear interaction updates.
• Experience with RingCentral for outbound calling.
• Familiarity with Outlook for scheduling and calendar management.
• Ability to explain product/service clearly and maintain a professional tone during calls.
• Ability to follow approved outreach guidance and route complex matters appropriately.
• Reliable home workspace with internet and 40-hour weekly availability.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Fully remote work from Oregon, United States.
• Structured onboarding and training on Nimble, RingCentral, and Outlook.
• Regular check-ins with team lead to review progress and handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned call queue entries and prior notes before outreach.
• Place outbound calls using RingCentral and follow approved guidance.
• Confirm contact identity, explain purpose, and assess interest/availability.
• Respond to routine questions with approved information and clarify next steps.
• Record call outcomes, summaries, and follow-up actions in Nimble CRM.
• Offer meeting times and coordinate appointments via Outlook.
• Send follow-up messages when additional information is needed.
• Update leads after each interaction including retries or scheduled meetings.
• Escalate unusual concerns or conflicts to supervisor or sales rep.
• Maintain organized outreach lists and ensure data accuracy.
• Meet quality expectations with accurate notes and timely handoffs.
