You will make outbound calls to interested homeowners, follow scripts, overcome objections, and log notes in the CRM while pursuing weekly appointment goals. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales and 1+ year in a call center, with a self-motivated, energetic, and persuasively communicative approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ years in a call center environment.
• Proficient navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues.

Responsibilities

• Make 25-35 outbound calls per hour to schedule appointments.
• Engage prospects using scripts to explain benefits and schedule free consultations.
• Overcome objections using provided rebuttals and maintain a positive attitude.
• Record conversation notes in the CRM.
• Aim to meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
