• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required, related experience preferred.
• Availability for a 40-hour weekly commitment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound queue and tickets at start of shift.
• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and identify reason for contact.
• Explain product information and provide clear next steps to customers.
• Enter call outcomes and notes in a CRM like SugarCRM.
• Create and update service tickets in a support platform such as Gladly.
• Manage call activity with a Dialpad system and maintain history.
• Escalate complex or urgent issues to a team lead.
• Coordinate follow-ups through ClickUp and share status updates.
• Participate in team discussions via Zoom and apply process updates.
