• Familiar with outbound conversations and scheduling tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review outreach requests and initiate contact with prospects.
• Place outbound calls and follow approved conversation guides.
• Confirm interest, contact preferences, and appointment needs.
• Coordinate meetings using a scheduling tool and confirm details.
• Log outcomes and notes in a CRM after each outreach.
• Send follow-ups when more information is needed or contacts are unavailable.
