Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I on a full-time basis to drive patient acquisition through outbound telemarketing. The role requires rigorous training and adherence to a 4-week program, with core hours aligned to a 5 am–7 pm schedule across Monday through Saturday.

• Experience in call center outbound sales or telemarketing.
• Comfortable in base + bonus salary structure.
• Proficient with learning new technology and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's proposition.
• Utilize sales skills including rapport building, active listening, communication, qualification, objections handling, and closing.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments with new patients and achieve quotas.
