Oak Street Health is hiring a full-time Sales Call Center Representative I to drive outbound telemarketing, grow patient enrollment and achieve sales quotas. You will make 300+ outbound calls daily, discover patient needs and articulate Oak Street's value proposition while scheduling initial doctor appointments.

The role requires strong communication, Salesforce experience preferred, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Outbound telemarketing or call center sales experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.
• US work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients and convert them to new patients.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly outbound call quotas.
• Articulate Oak Street Health's value proposition and Medicare basics.
• Maintain professional communication and effective qualification questioning.
• Balance multiple systems while speaking with prospects.
