Job summary

Signify Health seeks a self-motivated Member Engagement Coordinator to contact Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members by phone, explain and schedule a free in-home or virtual health evaluation, and help the team meet productivity, quality, and service goals.

You will follow approved scripts, handle objections professionally, keep metrics accurate, and collaborate with the Manager to deliver timely, respectful support while upholding HIPAA and privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment with scripts and outbound dialing.
• Excellent communication and professional courtesy when engaging health plan members.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to offer and schedule health evaluations.
• Follow 20+ approved scripts and handle rebuttals professionally.
• Present a positive, energetic approach to clients and team members.
• Meet daily departmental goals (outbound dials, appointments) in a remote or office setting.
• Monitor performance metrics and report results in designated systems.
• Ensure HIPAA and privacy guidelines are followed.
