Job summary

Attncapital is a performance advertising agency scaling aggressively. The Account Executive owns new advertiser quota, managing the sale from first touch to signature in a high-volume outbound environment.

You will identify performance-driven brands, run multi-channel outreach, qualify budgets and authority, present the Attncapital model, and close deals. You will hand off to Account Strategy and Ad Ops with full context while maintaining precise CRM and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of outbound B2B sales, ideally in a high-volume sales org or agency.
• Concise, personalized outreach that earns replies from senior marketers, with high-volume calling.
• Consultative closing: discovery, business case, test plan, objection handling, and negotiation.
• Fluent in performance marketing with working knowledge of paid social, especially Meta, TikTok, and Google.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline through multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone).
• Lead discovery calls on goals, channel mix, CAC/ROAS, budgets and authority.
• Present the Attncapital model, build proposals, scope budgets, negotiate terms, close revenue.
• Handoff closed accounts to Account Strategy and Ad Ops with full context.
• Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline, conversions, and forecast accuracy.
• Relay competitive intel and market trends to leadership.
