Job summary

PrincePerelson & Associates is seeking experienced Outbound Collections Agents to join our remote team. If you thrive on solving problems, making high-volume calls, and helping customers find solutions for past-due payments, we want to hear from you!

Role is permanently remote (WFH) with candidates located in TX and select other states. Pay is $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr, plus monthly bonuses up to $800 and uncapped commissions. Start date is October 5th.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of full-time outbound collections experience within the last 3-5 years.
• Experience creating payment plans and finding solutions for customers
• Ability to provide above-and-beyond service
• Independent problem solver
• Confidence in hitting metrics, KPI’s, and goals
• Experience working with various computer programs

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments on personal loans
• Assist the customer with finding the best payment plan for them
• Accurately record customer information into their accounts
