Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Member Engagement Coordinator to contact Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members by phone, offering and scheduling in-home or virtual health evaluations. This remote role reports to a Manager and requires handling multiple systems while maintaining quality targets.

You will work to meet daily dials, appointments, and productivity goals, with shift details determined during training and a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience
• Experience with outbound calling and call scripts in a metrics-driven setup
• Strong communication with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule including breaks and start times
• Comfort using multiple computer systems while making calls
• Desire to perform in a fast-paced outbound environment

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer to offer and schedule evaluations
• Follow 20+ approved scripts and explain terms clearly to members
• Present a positive, high-energy approach to clients and team members
• Meet daily productivity goals (outbound dials, appointments, attendance) in office or remote setting
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and providers
• Monitor performance metrics using designated reporting systems
• Report member complaints to managers and escalate as needed
• Participate in peer coaching sessions as required
• Follow HIPAA and privacy guidelines in handling health information
