RecruitMyMom is seeking a remote Senior Sales Specialist to drive international client acquisition for its award-winning travel technology startup that specialises in secure property access keys. Operating remotely from South Africa, you will scale B2B subscriptions and locker placements across the North American market, with flexible hours to align with global time zones.

You will own outbound pipelines, perform targeted calls, coordinate demos, and collaborate with global offices to onboard

Qualifications

• Documented history of outbound sales or proactive cold outreach.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong organization with ability to manage multiple leads.
• Flexibility to work North American time zones including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound pipeline campaigns to promote locker solutions to prospective B2B clients.
• Nurture a high-volume pipeline of leads and perform follow-ups to maximise conversions.
• Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and exploratory calls.
• Maintain accurate lead data and timelines in the CRM.
• Collaborate with international teams to onboard new accounts.
