Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and MS Office Suite is essential, along with strong communication skills. You will document interactions in Salesforce, maintain outreach lists, and collaborate with Sales teammates to maximize engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and MS Office.
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage client information accurately in CRM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to verify and update client contact and company information.
• Schedule relationship review appointments between clients and Sales team members.
• Provide clients with information about annual conference and events.
• Document interactions and outcomes in Salesforce CRM with accuracy.
• Maintain and manage assigned client outreach lists for timely follow-up.
• Build rapport with clients and identify opportunities for follow-up.
