Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a true ownership-driven sales professional for a remote role across Canada. You will build and close your own pipeline, from first touch to close, using structured discovery, tailored demos, and disciplined deal strategy.

You’ll drive outbound motion, forecast accurately in Salesforce, and collaborate with SDRs to convert interest into revenue. The position emphasizes high-performance teamwork within a diverse, inclusive culture.

• Must have built pipeline through outbound motion and turned outreach into opportunities.
• Able to manage and forecast a full sales pipeline and consistently hit targets.
• Demonstrated top performance with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Own your pipeline end-to-end from outreach to close and expansion.
• Drive outbound strategy into defined market segments with structured cadences.
• Lead discovery and product demos to uncover business challenges and value.
• Manage complex pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasts and targets.
• Qualify opportunities using GTV, business model and buying timeline.
• Collaborate with SDRs to convert outbound interest into qualified opportunities.
• Navigate pricing/negotiations with structured deal strategy.
• Exceed targets and contribute to team performance.
