Lightspeed is seeking a Manager, Outbound Sales to lead a team of Account Executives in the North American West Coast market, owning a defined segment from prospecting to close.

You will forecast, manage pipeline, coach reps, and collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, Enablement, and Product to optimize processes. This role is based in British Columbia or Alberta with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Account Executives in outbound or full-cycle sales.
• Ability to own a segment or territory from pipeline generation through close.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration to resolve process gaps and improve tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Account Executives within a defined North American segment.
• Own segment-level pipeline, forecast accuracy and revenue KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, Enablement and Product to remove blockers.
• Drive ongoing coaching, ramp and performance development.
