Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking a proven sales leader to guide a team of Account Executives owning a defined outbound segment. You will own pipeline, forecast, and MRR targets from top-of-funnel through close.

You will drive the team to meet net new MRR targets and maintain forecast accuracy, while developing reps through coaching, onboarding, and structured feedback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing AEs in outbound or full-cycle sales.
• Experience with Salesforce and Outreach.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action.
