Job summary

SOLV Energy, a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, seeks a remote Pre-Construction Project Manager to drive EPC projects through pre-con, budgets, and schedules.

You will set up projects in CMiC, coordinate with design and procurement, and act as the main POC for EPC Pre-Con. Strong communication and cost control are essential.

This role is fully remote in the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience across multidisciplinary teams.
• 2+ years PV solar industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SCADA/OT system design and support.
• Strong budget and cost management skills.
• Proficient in schedule tools such as Oracle P6 or MS Project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OTS EPC projects through pre-construction scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain OTS Pre-Construction Tracker and project documentation.
• Serve as main POC to EPC Pre-Con on incoming projects.
• Attend BD to Pre-Con handoff calls.
• Confirm initial budgets and communicate with stakeholders.
• Draft BOMs with procurement and manage vendor subcontracts.
• Set up projects in CMiC and coordinate with design teams.
• Review and update project schedules and perform month-end reporting.
• Support process improvements and efficiency.
