SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – OT/IoT Security. This remote role serves the West region of the US, acting as a security expert for customer engagements and developing new security services offerings to address customer opportunities.

You will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, and security teams, staying current on trends, and delivering security demos while educating sales teams on cybersecurity solutions. SHI emphasizes growth, benefits, and a strong culture.

Qualifications

• Deep security knowledge in OT/IoT space (protocol awareness, traffic analysis, asset visibility, segmentation strategies).
• Familiarity with OT/IoT industrial protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, and SCADA.
• Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to run demos on cloud security products.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Initiative to research and resolve problems with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional relationship-building acumen.
• Strong documentation skills to include system/network diagrams and presentations.
• General understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, CIS, Etc.
• Possess a real passion for technology.
• Expert technical knowledge of security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO, CSO, CISO, Security Engineers, and procurement to strengthen customer relationships.
• Understand SHI services offerings by attending training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Stay current on technology trends and market evolution.
• Engage in self-study and lab work to increase job-related knowledge.
• Develop collateral to assist with cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in SHI lab to support sales engagements.
