Ladders is seeking an Organizational Development Lead to shape design, leadership capability, and change initiatives in a remote biotech context. You will partner with senior leaders to clarify roles, reinforce structure, and drive efficiency to support execution and growth.

The role focuses on translating business strategy into practical people solutions, enabling agility and better team performance across a dynamic environment. Remote work with competitive compensation is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational development or related field.
• Experience advising leaders on organizational challenges and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Assess organizational structures and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Develop recommendations for organizational design and role clarity in collaboration with leaders.
• Lead organizational effectiveness and change initiatives, ensuring successful execution.
• Facilitate assessments and workshops to improve team effectiveness.
• Establish leadership competency frameworks and coordinate talent assessments.
