Job summary

Naukri Mitra is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to shape our remote culture, build scalable internal systems, and support leadership development across teams. You’ll create frameworks that help people grow, upskill, and move across roles with clarity and intent.

You’ll design processes to scale operations, support hiring and onboarding, and establish feedback loops that translate conversations into concrete improvements.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in org development, people ops, or a related field.
• Comfort working remotely with async teams.
• Experience designing scalable systems and processes.
• Nice-to-have: change management or remote-first environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive organizational growth, developing leadership pathways and career movement frameworks.
• Foster and strengthen remote team culture with rituals, check-ins, and values alignment.
• Build systems and processes that scale, including performance tools and onboarding support.
• Create feedback loops through surveys and sessions, turning insights into improvements.
