Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 4–8 years in organizational development, talent management, HR consulting or L&D.
• Certification in OD, talent management, coaching, or leadership development is a plus.
• Experience designing and leading organizational interventions and training.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including presentations and reports.

• Assess organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
• Develop and deliver change management strategies to support major initiatives.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform interventions.

• Develop resources and communications to support OD initiatives.
• Support performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and teams on best practices.
