Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational development or related field.
• Experience advising leaders on organizational challenges and change management.

For our client, we are seeking a Organizational Development Lead to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape organizational design, leadership capability, and change efforts across a dynamic biotech environment. The Organizational Development Lead will partner with leaders to improve structure, clarify roles, and strengthen team effectiveness. You will help translate business strategy into practical people and organizational solutions that support execution, growth, and agility.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational structures and processes to enhance efficiency.
