Pearl Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Organizational Change & Transformation Manager to lead change initiatives for complex enterprise clients. This remote-friendly, full-time role involves assessing readiness, managing stakeholder dynamics, and driving adoption across people, processes, operating models, and technology.

You will work with executives, program teams, and end users to ensure change is understood, adopted, and sustained.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related field.
• Led OCM workstreams for large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on change management: strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, training, resistance, adoption, and metrics.
• Proven ability to overcome stakeholder resistance and build advocacy for transformation.
• High EQ and professional maturity; adept at navigating enterprise politics and executive relationships.
• Strong influencing and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication abilities.
• Comfort operating in consulting environments with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Understanding of People, Process, Technology, and Communications in transformation.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end OCM activities for complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Develop change management strategies aligned with project objectives and business outcomes.
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, readiness, and adoption assessments.
• Identify risks and resistance points and craft mitigation strategies.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans across leaders, teams, and end users.
• Build and mentor change agent networks and governance structures.
• Create clear communication strategies on what is changing and why it matters.
• Partner with training teams to design role-based learning and knowledge transfer.
• Establish adoption metrics and feedback loops to measure progress.
• Facilitate workshops, sessions, and readiness activities.
