Sand Cherry Associates seeks an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to support a Fortune 100 client through strategic organizational design and research. This long-term engagement involves two phases: an initial 2–3 month on-site design and research effort across dispersed U.S.

locations, followed by an execution phase conducted remotely with leadership readouts and rollout planning. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of consulting with large organizations, expertise in research

Qualificações

• Minimum of 7 years Consulting experience supporting large Fortune 100-500 organizations.
• Hands-on experience designing and conducting research studies including focus groups, interviews, surveys.
• Proven ability to translate research into actionable recommendations and roadmaps.
• Strong strategic thinking and executive-level communication skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for data-driven analyses.
• Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams in a consulting environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute research studies to inform organizational design and optimization.
• Facilitate conversations with stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Analyze research findings to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable organizational design recommendations.
• Develop strategic roadmaps linking research to implementation.
• Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and deliverables.
• Present readouts to senior and executive leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to align findings with business objectives.
• Manage the transition from strategy to implementation in a follow-on phase.
• Develop ROI and business impact analyses to evaluate changes.
