Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking an Organizational Change Consultant to drive enterprise-wide HR Strategy Delivery initiatives. Based in multiple locations, the role focuses on planning, execution and impact of change across departments and regions, delivering measurable outcomes.

The candidate will manage change workstreams, coordinate with leadership, and ensure adoption of new processes and systems. A results‑oriented, collaborative leader is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on change management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience leading a change workstream or project and owning outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise-scale transformations, vendor/platform transitions, or global expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution and control of Organizational Change (Org Chg) projects to deliver approved deliverables, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
• Define change issues, deliverables and resource needs; develop plans and schedules; conduct project meetings; track progress.
• Lead workstream-level change efforts: stakeholder analysis, readiness and adoption, translating decisions into people, processes and behavior changes.
• Monitor progress and address resistance; manage change saturation and stakeholder issues; ensure client satisfaction.
