Job summary

ABB is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery across demand, production, inventory, and shipment processes. You will co-own the SAP solution with a dedicated lead and drive business rules, prioritizing fixes and changes to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• A degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution in planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations; includes 3+ years accountable for an operational result.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end, from demand to shipment.
• Identify root causes of missed orders using data and fix causes, not just symptoms.
• Set priorities for fixes, builds, or replacements, including stock allocation rules.
• Lead change across plants, distribution centers and system teams; run short experiments and scale those that move the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including what is not working.
