Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery across demand, production, inventory and warehousing. You will co-own with an SAP solution lead and have authority to change processes and rules behind your number, reporting to IT leadership and a business sponsor in Installation Products.

The role is remote across the US/Canada with travel to plants and Cary, NC, aligned to NA time zones and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering or business.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution planning, scheduling, inventory or fulfillment.
• 3+ years accountable for an operational result (OTIF, fill rate, promise accuracy, or inventory).
• Hands-on SAP experience in order fulfillment.
• Experience building data tools, dashboards or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own orders shipped complete on the committed date.
• Identify root causes of missed orders using data and fix causes.
• Set priorities for fixes, builds, switches off or replacements, including stock allocation rules.
• Drive change across plants, distribution centers and system teams.
• Run short experiments (1–2 months) and keep what moves the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders.
