Job summary

ABB Inc. in North America is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own end-to-end on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing value stream.

You will collaborate with a SAP solution lead, decide what to fix and how, and drive changes across plants, distribution centers, and IT systems. This is a founding, hands-on business role with authority over processes and rules behind your number, reporting to the Vice President of IT.

Qualifications

• A degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution roles with planning, inventory, fulfillment or operations.
• Experience tracing delivery misses with data and fixing root causes.
• Hands-on SAP experience in order fulfillment; design or configuration not required.
• Authorization to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing value stream from demand to shipment.
• Find root causes of missed orders and fix underlying issues rather than expediting.
• Set priorities for fixes, builds, or changes to stock allocation and rules.
• Manage change across plants, DCs and IT teams that do not report to you.
• Run short experiments (1–2 months) and scale what moves the number.
