Job summary

AdvaCare Systems in Chicago, IL is seeking an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to receive, enter, and reconcile customer orders and liaise with billing, dispatch, operations, and sales to ensure equipment is delivered, maintained, and billed accurately.

The role involves answering phones, scheduling deliveries and pickups, and coordinating service for home care and hospice providers, with initial full-time training and multiple shift options, plus comprehensive benefits and remote-work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service/call center and/or healthcare experience.
• Empathy and enthusiasm for helping those in need.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer/systems skills (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly, customer-centric manner.
• Schedule deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for all facilities, home care, and hospice providers.
• Act as a customer liaison on issues of product availability, equipment assessments, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Manage the routing and workload of service technicians.
