Job summary

AdvanceCare Health Services is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator for our Home Care department. This is a full-time, work-from-home role in Tennessee with company-provisioned equipment and reliable internet.

You will schedule caregivers, manage scheduling systems, and ensure proper client-caregiver matching while maintaining professionalism and strong communication. Prior caregiving/scheduling experience is a plus, and you may be on-call monthly.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, outgoing, and have good customer service skills.
• Presentable and professional appearance when meeting with clients.
• Knowledgeable about caregiving concepts and office tasks.
• Caregiving, CNA, or medical experience preferred.
• Scheduling experience is a plus.
• Must be 18+, have a valid driver''s license, and be able to clear a background check and drug screen.
• Teamwork—able to work as part of a team and maintain a positive environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to read, understand instructions, and maintain written records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Schedules caregivers with new and existing clients, ensuring 100 percent of shifts are fully and reliably staffed.
• Manage medical scheduling systems to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
• Modifies and updates caregiver according to the client''s schedule
• Works with caregiver staff to ensure proper caregiver and client match.
• Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning environment.
• The ideal candidate has experience working in caregiving and scheduling.
• Experience with Wellsky, Sandata, and Health Suite a plus
• Must be able to be on-call once a month
• Willing to perform other tasks and jobs as assigned and needed
