You will join the Client Support team, focusing on research across systems, fast response times, and collaboration with departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Navigate between systems to conduct research.
• Follow active guidelines to ensure standardized processes.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Contact entities by phone/fax/email to gather information.
• Maintain an organized calendar and workspace.
• Respond within 24 hours to standard emails.
• Cross-train within Operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
