MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented professional for an order processing and client support role. You will create and process service work orders, serve as the first contact for inquiries via phone, email, and text, and manage client records with accurate documentation.

The position is remote with high client interaction across US time zones. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in related roles, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce

Qualifications

• 2+ years in order processing, customer service, or call center.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong customer-focused, empathetic with urgency and professionalism.
• Organized, detail-oriented, multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process service work orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve as main contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain and update client records and databases.
• Coordinate with branch operations for scheduling and deliveries.
• Follow up with clients and collect surveys to gauge satisfaction.
• Assist with account setup and multi-team communication.
