MultiPro Property Solutions, LLC is seeking an Order Processor to serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and proactive service. This remote role supports branch operations and field teams across all U.S.

time zones, requiring strong organization and customer focus. You will handle order processing, client inquiries, and documentation, while building lasting relationships through timely updates and professional communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of order processing, customer service, or call center experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or degree preferred.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams); Salesforce experience highly preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong empathy and ability to resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage Order Processing: Accurately create and process service work orders in our system.
• Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely updates and proactive communication.
• Service Coordination: Work with branch operations teams to support scheduling changes and order updates.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and ensure interactions are documented.
• Customer Satisfaction: Conduct follow-up calls and digital surveys to meet service expectations.
